📝 Online Registration Form – Polish Preschool of Lyon
Please fill out the form below to receive by email the registration packet, along with complete documentation regarding enrollment at the Polish Preschool of Lyon (EMPL).
Upon receipt of the registration form, you will need to print, complete, and sign the documents, then return them to us by post or email, together with all the required documents. Your child’s registration will only be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the complete application file and payment of the tuition fees.
🎁 Tax Deduction
Preschool fees are tax-deductible (Childcare expenses for children under 6, see page 1 of the paper declaration, boxes 7GA to 7GD of form 2042 RICI). 🎁 The tax credit amounts to 50% of the expenses, meaning that the annual cost of preschool is only €210 for nearly 100 hours of classes.
