📝 Online Registration Form – Polish Preschool of Lyon
Please fill out the form below to receive by email the registration packet, along with complete documentation regarding enrollment at the Polish Preschool of Lyon (EMPL).
Once you receive the packet, you must print the documents, complete and sign them, and then send them by postal mail along with all required supporting documents. Your child’s registration will be fully validated only upon receipt of a complete file.
🎁 Tax Deduction
Preschool fees are tax-deductible (Childcare expenses for children under 6, see page 1 of the paper declaration, boxes 7GA to 7GD of form 2042 RICI). 🎁 The tax credit amounts to 50% of the expenses, meaning that the annual cost of preschool is only €210 for nearly 100 hours of classes.
